The School of Art, University of Manitoba invites applications for full-time tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor.
Applicants must have a solid understanding of contemporary theory and practice. The successful candidate will be able to integrate historical, critical and theoretical understanding of contemporary art at the undergraduate and graduate level, and to supervise graduate students in studio research. We seek an individual with an active research program, and an inspiring teaching style, who is willing to contribute energy, enthusiasm and vision. The successful candidate will also provide collegial leadership to both the undergraduate and graduate areas of the School.
