Mimi Gellman is an Anishinabe/Ashkenazi Métis (Ojibway/Jewish Métis) Associate Professor in the Faculty of Culture and Community at Emily Carr University of Art and Design and a PhD Candidate in the Cultural Studies Department at Queen’s University. Her scholarship and interests include Indigenous Aesthetics, Material Practice and Cartographies and creative procedures defined and designed to Indigenize the Academy.
